U.S and Mexico sign deal aimed at streamlining trade

SAN DIEGO- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Mexico's Tax Administration (SAT) sign deal that mutually recognizes each other’s “trusted trader” programs.

CBP's "C-TPAT" and Mexico's "NEEC" safe trade programs  will be mutually recognized to expedite trade along the border.
